I'm getting older . Despite that I enjoy in class, my joints and my muscles surprised to discover are more tired than they thought. Well, must be the lack of training after vacation. Luckily we're through Friday.

First Friday of 2011 , last Friday rental (at least for us in Spain , also in the States States "because in France began on Monday, day 3 and in Britain on Day 5.
